   This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for making payments through the EmVe platform, a service developed, maintained, and supported by Infanion Software Solutions India Private Limited ("Infanion", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the EmVe platform to request employee background verification services, you agree to comply with this Payment Policy.
2. Payment Process
   1. Service Request: When you request an employee background verification service through the EmVe portal of a Partner Company, you will be presented with the applicable fees for the selected services.
   2. Fee Structure: The fees for verification services are set by the Partner Company whose EmVe portal you are using. These fees will be clearly displayed during the service selection process.
   3. Payment Gateway: All payments are processed through the Worldline Payment Gateway, a secure payment processing system integrated into the EmVe platform by Infanion.
   4. Payment Options: Multiple payment methods are available through the Worldline Payment Gateway, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, Netbanking, Wallets and UPI. You may choose your preferred payment method from the available options.
   5. Currency: All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
   6. Taxes: The displayed fees exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) and all other applicable taxes.
3. Payment Recipient
   All payments made through the EmVe platform are received by Infanion Software Solutions India Private Limited, the developer and operator of the EmVe platform.
4. Invoicing
   1. Invoice Issuance: As the recipient of all payments made through the EmVe platform, Infanion Software Solutions India Private Limited will issue invoices for all transactions.
   2. Invoice Details: The invoice will include details of the services requested, the amount paid, applicable taxes, and any other relevant information as required by Indian tax laws.
   3. Invoice Delivery: Invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the requester during the payment process.
   4. Invoice Queries: Any questions or concerns regarding invoices should be directed to EmVe’s customer support team using the contact information provided at the end of this policy.
5. Service Initiation
   The requested employee background verification service will only be initiated by the Partner Company after the full payment has been successfully received and processed by Infanion.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
   All payments made for employee background verification services through the EmVe platform are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Please ensure that you have selected the correct services before making a payment.
7. Price Changes
   The prices for employee background verification services are set by each Partner Company and may be subject to change. Any price changes will be reflected in the fee display when selecting services on the respective Partner Company's EmVe portal.
8. Payment Security
   1. Infanion utilizes the highly secure Worldline Payment Gateway to process all transactions, ensuring the safety and confidentiality of your payment information.
   2. Infanion does not store your complete credit card details or other sensitive financial information on our servers.
9. Errors and Discrepancies
   If you believe there has been an error in the charging process or if you have any questions about a charge, please contact our customer support team immediately.
10. Prohibited Activities
    You agree not to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities related to payments on the EmVe platform. Any such activities may result in the termination of your access to the service and potential legal action.
11. Changes to this Policy
    We reserve the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on the EmVe platform.
